Step 1. Connect your iPad to the computer and scan
First of all, run the program and connect your iPad to computer. You will see three options (picture below) When your iPad is ready, click "Start Scan" button, program will automatically scan your iPad.
Step 2. Preview and recover iPad data
Maybe after few minutes, the scaning result come out, all your text contents data will show up in window. Choose the one that you want by marking the checkbox in front of file’s name. Then click "recover" button at the bottom of the window.
Tip: If you just want to recover the deleted data, not all your data, you can use the slide button at the bottom to appear only deleted items.
Part 2: Recover Lost Data from iTunes backup files
Step 1. Choose the new iPad model
Download iOS Data Recovery and run it first. Then it will show you an interface like below. Next, you can see three ways to restore your data. Choose "Recover from iTunes backup file" at the top of page. After that, select the one backup for your device and click "Start Scan" to move on.
